Mobile Phone Photography

Description

Just because you don't have an expensive DSLR camera doesn't mean you can't take great pictures. Almost everyone on the planet has a perfectly good camera hanging out in their pocket, disguised as a cell phone. This course will take you through the basics of reintroducing yourself to that iPhone or Android on more creative terms. Whether you want to get more out of your blog/website with more personal photographs, use your phone to photograph and help sell your products, venture into street photography, document a road trip, or simply take better photos of your kids and pets doing their everyday life... We will cover a little bit of it all and you will leave the class feeling more confident about how to use your cell phone as a creative tool.

Course Format

This is an online, synchronous and asynchronous course that unfolds over the course of seven weeks. Participants will join live Google meetings, where they will participate in live demonstrations. Recorded demonstrations and projects will be delivered on a custom webpage. Additional work will be completed during the week.

Supplies

Smart Phone with working digital camera. Computer or tablet  with an internet connection to join live and recorded meetings.
